You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. Unauthorized use of your account is not our responsibility.

5. Shipping and Delivery

All delivery dates are estimated. Sheet Labels is not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs. Customers are responsible for any customs duties and taxes.

6. Returns and Refunds

Please inspect your order upon receipt. Claims for damage or defects must be made within 5 days. Depending on the issue, we may offer a reprint, credit, or refund at our discretion.

7. Defective Products and Limitations

Minor deviations in color, alignment, or cutting up to ±2.5% are within acceptable standards. Products are considered defective only if they fall outside of these tolerances.

8. Customer Submitted Artwork

Files should be submitted in CMYK color mode with a minimum of 300 DPI. We are not responsible for color shifts due to RGB to CMYK conversion. You must ensure you own or are authorized to use all submitted images.

9. Content License and Copyright

By submitting artwork, you grant Sheet Labels a non-exclusive right to use it for production and marketing purposes unless otherwise requested. Product photography may be used on our site or promotional materials.

10. Overruns and Proofing

Orders may ship with a variance of ±8%. Digital proofs are provided for customer approval, and final proofing responsibility lies with the customer.

11. Payments

We accept major credit cards and other approved payment methods. Invoices are due upon receipt. Late payments exceeding 30 days are subject to a 2% monthly late fee.

12. Website Usage

You may not copy, scrape, or commercially exploit any part of this website without prior written consent.

13. Third Party Links

We are not responsible for the content or reliability of any external websites linked from our platform.

14. Disclaimers and Governing Law
