I Thought I Had It All Figured Out

Two years ago, I placed an order for 2,000 PET clear boxes to display our company's new product line. The supplier had a great website, competitive pricing (about $0.90 per box), and promised 7-day delivery. I approved the PO without asking for a sample. Big mistake.

When the boxes arrived, about 40% had visible scratches, the lid fit was inconsistent, and the material felt thinner than the spec sheet claimed. We had an event in 10 days. I ended up paying rush fees to another vendor for a reprint (about $3.50 per box for the second batch).
